Guatemala Black Honey Finca Medina Bourbon, Caturra, 1200–1800 m.a.s.l.
This coffee from the family-run Finca Medina stands out with its sweet honey-caramel aroma and hints of dates. The taste is balanced, with a higher wild honey-like sweetness and low to medium apricot acidity.

At Finca Medina, a family-owned farm founded over 150 years ago, modern technology meets traditional methods. The farmers focus on sustainable cultivation and processing, with an emphasis on quality, sustainability, and the well-being of their workers. Advanced production techniques such as drip irrigation and a professional quality control laboratory ensure high yields of exceptional coffee. To preserve the ecosystem and protect the coffee trees, 10 hectares of the farm have been left in their natural state, allowing local flora and fauna to thrive.
This coffee has undergone the unique “black honey” process. After the pulp is removed, a sticky layer of mucilage remains on the beans, which are then slowly dried in the shade. This process gives the coffee its intense fruity and honey-like notes that are sure to enchant you.
Enjoy this exceptional Guatemalan coffee, from a country rich in history and natural beauty. The impressive landscape, home to 37 volcanoes—some of which are still active—offers coffee trees a unique environment that imparts distinctive character to local coffees. Antigua, one of the oldest coffee-growing regions in Guatemala, is renowned for producing some of the world’s finest coffees.
